The counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty that subject to the applicant surrendering himself before the trial Court and moving an appropriate application for grant of regular bail, the same may be considered on the same day.

If the applicant surrenders himself before the concerned Court below and moves an appropriate application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be decided by the said Court, if possible, on the same day on its own merits.
