The petitioner is so aggrieved for not arresting other named person in the FIR, he may approach to the higher officials to complaint of the fact. At this stage, exercising the power under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to follow the duty of the police constable by the High Court is not expected. The petition has no merit and accordingly is dismissed.
