1. Learned counsel for respondent No.4, upon instructions and referring to the documents filed along with reply would submit that appropriate authority letter has been issued for payment of amount of GPF along with interest up to month of November 2017.

2. Since the authority letter has now been issued, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter with direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to take expeditious steps to ensure transfer of the amount of GPF in favour of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already transferred.
