2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is informed that petitioner has already been acquitted from

the offences leveled against him.

3. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, no case survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is closed with liberty to revive, if cause of action arises in future.

4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
