Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 26/02/2020 Heard.
1. Grievance of the petitioner is that she was appointed on 19/04/1989. By an order dated 31/01/2019 the petitioner was given one annual increment in the salary after one year from the first date of appointment i.e. from 19/04/1989. It is stated that though benefit has been granted but actual payment has not been released till date. Therefore, the petitioner prays that the benefit as has been given by 31/01/2019, financial benefit be released to the petitioner.
2. Perusal of Annexure P-1 would show that the petitioner has already been entitled to receive one annual increment in the salary from 19/04/1990, however same having not been granted and one year has already passed, respondents are directed to release the benefit of salary to the petitioner within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioner shall apprise the respondent/authority about this order as may be advised.
