In the absence of there being any ground of jurisdictional illegality, I am not inclined to interfere with the order as the order is appealable under the provision of Chattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. Therefore, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal against the impugned order.
