It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that since after filing of the present writ petition, the respondent No.1 lodged an FIR against the office bearer of the Janpad Panchayat presumably on the basis of documents available with him and thereafter the entire documents in possession of the petitioner were seized by the concerned Police. 2.

In view of the joint statement made, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
