1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 18.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.02/2020 for offence under Section 420, 465, 468, 471, 34, 120B, 489A, 489D, 489E of IPC and Section 66 C, 66 D of IT Act, registered at Police Station- Cyber Cell, Headquarter, New Raipur, DistrictRaipur (C.G.).

2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.

5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
