1. The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 19.12.2020 in connection with Crime No.02/2020 registered at Police Station- Cyber Cell, Headquarters, Nava Raipur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 34, 120B, 489A, 489D, 489E of Indian Penal Code and Sections 66C and 66D of IT Act, 2000.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a duly constituted appeal. However, he prays for return of certified copy of the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
