1. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seek permission of this court to withdraw these applications with liberty to file regular bail application before the concerned court.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, the present applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. However it is made clear that in the event the applicants surrender themselves before the trial court and move an application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be, if possible, considered and decided by the said court preferably on the same day in accordance with law.
