The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner on 06.08.2018 seeking for mutation of the property situated in Khasra No. 993/1/Ä admeasuring 2 Acre, village Mopka, R.I. Circle Tahsil and District Bilaspur.

To the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the State Counsel does not oppose.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take a decision, on the application of the petitioner for mutation pending before him since August 2018, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
