1. Issue raised in this petition relates to correction of mark sheet which was issued in the year 2002.

2. In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Anupam Kumar Soni Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Anr. 1, no direction can be issued for correction. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to civil remedy WPC 1612 of 15 and other connected matters, decided on 26.2.2016

for appropriate declaration.

3. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
