This writ petition has been directed against the order dated 20.7.2013 (Annexure P/1) by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension from the post of Lecturer ((Physics). 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been placed under suspension from 20.7.2013, but suspension order has not been

approved by the respondent No.3 as required under Rule 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Ashaskiya Sikshan Santha (Adhyapakon Tatha Anya Karmachariyon Ke Nilamban) Niyam, 1978.

Be that as it may, the petitioner may make a representation to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.3 within two weeks from today and in turn, the respondent No.3 would take a decision within further three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner and would consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law including the applicable rules.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
