Agrawal Order On Board 07/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of license has been rejected by the Secretary, Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, Nevra under Section 32(3) of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972, which is unsustainable and bad in law.
(2) Since the petitioner's application for grant of license was rejected way back on 10.07.2008, therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh application after completing all the formalities before respondent No.2-Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti, Neora, Raipur in accordance with law. If such application is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.2, in that event respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. In case, adverse order
is passed against the petitioner, then he is at liberty to approach to the competent court for redressal of his grievance. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
