This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

The earlier bail application is dismissed on merits on 28/01/2016.

Considering the bail petition nothing has been substantiated before this Court about change of circumstance. On perusal of bail petition appears to exists to reconsider the bail petition again.

Consequently, the second bail petition is without any merit to reconsider.

The bail petition is accordingly dismissed.
