1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.243/2015, registered at Police Station Khamtarai, Distt. Raipur for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 394, 307 and 377 of the IPC.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which the applicant and other co-accused said to have robbed the complainant and offence under Section 337 is said to have been committed by causing serious injuries, I do not find any case for grant of bail to the applicant. The bail application is, therefore, rejected.
