1. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application filed under Section 178 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Bemetara since 06/10/2017. Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Bemetara is directed to consider and decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 178 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 expeditiously.

3. With the aforesaid observations, rule issued is discharged and the contempt case is closed.
