1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 21/01/2019 passed in WPS No. 394/19 whereby the initial date of appointment of the petitioner has been inadvertently got typed as 21/06/1986 instead of 21/06/1988.

2. Counsel for the petitioner prays for suitable modification of the order.

3. The said aspect is not disputed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly the MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed. The order dated 21/01/2019 passed in WPS No. 394/2019 stands modified in as much as the date of initial appointment of the petitioner shall be read as "21/06/1988" instead of "21/06/1986".

5. With the aforesaid modification the present MCC stands allowed ad disposed off.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part of record of WPS No. 394/2019
