It is informed that the selection of respondent No. 4 as Panchayat Assistant-cumData Entry Operator of Gram Panchayat, Pantora, Janpad Panchayat, Balouda, District Janjgir-Champa is under challenge before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Janjgir in an appeal preferred by the petitioner.

For the aforesaid, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable, however, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) before whom petitioner's appeal is pending shall consider and decide the appeal at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
