Counsel for the parties submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, election of Board of Director of Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Marketing Federation has already been taken place and as such this petition rendered infructuous. He however submits that the newly elected body be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become
infructuous.

The petitioner, if so desires, may approach the newly elected body and it would be for the newly elected body to act in accordance with law.
