The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.13/2017 registered at Police Station - Chakarbhata, Distt-Bilaspur (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Section 379 of IPC R/w 41 (1-4) CrPC. 2.

Case of the prosecution is that from the possession of the applicant, certain batteries were recovered which were found to be stolen. 3.

The case diary would show that from the possession of the applicant, in six bags, 12 number of batteries were found and the applicant could not show the authority for valid possession.

Taking into consideration that investigation is complete, charge sheet has been filed and also taking into consideration the period of pre-trial detention and the nature of allegations, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. 5.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- along with one local surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He

shall appear before the Trial Court regularly on each and every date, unless exempted from appearance.
