Order On Board Hon'ble Justice Mr. Prashant Kumar Mishra 25/02/2019

1. The impugned order passed by the Electricity Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum can be challenged by preferring a representation before the Electricity Ombudsman, Raipur. The said fact is also mentioned at the end of the impugned order.

2. Let the petitioner avail the remedy available to him as indicated in the impugned order within a period of 30 days from today. On such representation being filed, the Electricity Ombudsman shall do well to dispose of the same at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months thereafter.

3. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
