Along with the return the respondents have enclosed the response R-1, whereby the order passed by this Court has been complied with inasmuch as the claim of the petitioner has been decided and the same stands rejected.

Given the fact that respondents have taken an appropriate decision, the order has been complied with. If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the decision taken by the respondents, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of fresh petition.
