Sam Koshy Order On Board 21/03/2016 After arguing for sometime counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the posting of the petitioner at Govt. Middle School, Gopalpur, Block Rajpur is concerned, he may be permitted to pursue his remedy before the concerned Authority by making an appropriate representation. He further submits that since the petitioner has not received his salary from September, 2015 in respect of the duty he has discharged at Kundikala, the respondents may be directed to make payment of the same. 2.
State counsel at this juncture submits that so far as the payment of salary is concerned, the same shall be paid to the petitioner if he has discharged his duty at Kundikala.

In view of the submission made by the State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in respect of the unpaid salary within a period of three
months from today if the petitioner has discharged his duty at Kundikala for the said period.

Needless to mention that so far as the posting of the petitioner is concerned, this Court has not expressed any opinion in this regard as the counsel for the petitioner prayed not to press the same and to approach the Authority concerned by moving an appropriate representation. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
