This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 03.10.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2223 of 2017.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondents/contemnors to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 03.10.2017 passed by this Court.

The petitioners may also make additional representation along with the copy of this order within ten days from today before the respondents and, in turn, the respondents shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 03.10.2017 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
