Agrawal Order On Board 2 0 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for compensation as his land has been acquired by the South Eastern Coalfields Limited under Section 13(5) of Coal Bearing Area (Acquisition and Development Act, 1957).

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 for redressal of his grievances and in turn the

respondents No. 2 & 3 shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
