1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.50/2020, registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District Bilaspur C.G. for offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. It is alleged that the applicant was repeatedly sending indecent messages and tried to outrage the modesty of the

MCRCA No. 298 of 2020 complainant, aged about 17 years. He also threatened the complainant that he will not allow her to marry any other person. The incident of outraging the modesty happened in a market place.

3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and considered their submissions and gone through the record.
