The petitioner has assailed the legality and validity of impugned order dated 23.08.2017 on the ground which do not relate to jurisdiction or malafide. Therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order when the petitioner has an efficacious and alternative remedy of statutory appeal under the provision of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 2.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to prefer representation before the authority, who has passed the impugned order. It will be open for the petitioner to prefer representation and if such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided. 3.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
