1. The counsel for the respondents referring to the reply filed by Respondent no. 2 submits that the direction given by this Court has since been complied with, inasmuch as the case of the petitioner was considered for grant of pension and pensionary benefits and the respondents have already taken a decision in this regard on 15.03.2019 (R-2/2).
2. Given the facts that the respondents have already passed an Order on 15.03.2019, this Court is of the opinion that the direction given by this Court stands complied with and the contempt petition, therefore, stands disposed off. If, at all, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the decision
passed by the respondents, he would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent decision taken by the respondents vide Annexure R-2/2. Reserving the right of the petitioner, the Contempt Petition stands disposed off.
