Agrawal Order On Board 2 2/0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing on behalf on the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the proposal of the Collector, Rajnandgaon, the petitioner has already given his consent on 04.05.2017 for selling/transferring his land to the Government, but till date neither compensation has been paid nor rehabilitation has been provided to him and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Rajnandgaon is directed to consider and dispose of the proceedings expeditiously preferably within

a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an additional representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon for redressal of his grievances, if any.
