1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was placed at the lower serial number in the gradation list than that of the respondent, No.3 Dr. Gaurishankar Patel though the petitioner has joined the services in 1985 but the respondent No.3 is placed above the petitioner, though he joined in the year 1987. He would submit that at this moment the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to decide the representation which is filed by the petitioner so that actual cause of placing the petitioner at the lower serial number in the gradation list can be ascertained.

2. Learned counsel though submits that the representation has been filed but then Annexure P-2 do not show that it was received by the respondent. Under the circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 within a period of three weeks from today. If such representation is filed, same may be decided by respondent No.1 within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.
