Mr. H. S. Ahluwalia, counsel appears for respondents submits that the suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked by order dated 04-122017. A copy of which is on record as Annexure R-2. 2.

Considering the relief sought by petitioner, now suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked.

The petition is finally disposed off with liberty to claim the petitioner with regard to the treatment to be given to the period of suspension upon conclusion of departmental enquiry.
