On due consideration, the default as pointed out by the Office is hereby overruled.

At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the instant petition may be disposed of without any appreciation on its merits by directing the Court below i.e. State Officer, SECL, Chote Atarmunda, Raigarh to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the next date of hearing.

On due consideration, looking to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, in the considered view of this Court, notice is not required for respondent No.2 to dispose of the instant petition . 6.

On due consideration, the instant petition is disposed of. The Court below is directed to dispose of the matter pending as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the next date of hearing.

The petitioner may file a copy of the order before the Court below for compliance. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to transmit the copy of the order to the court below through usual and fax mode immediately.

Petition disposed of. No order as to cost.
