1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as she was arrested on 18.12.2020 in connection with Crime No. 02/2020 for offence under Section 420, 465, 468, 471, 34, 120 (B), 489 (A), 489 (D), 489 (E) of I.P.C. and 66 (C), 66 (D) of Information Technology Act, registered at Police Station- State Cyber Police Station, Police Head Quarter (PHQ), New Raipur, Atal Nagar, District- Raipur (C.G.).
2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.
3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
4) Permission granted.
5) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
