This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 191/2015, registered at Police Station-Bagbahara, DistrictMahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 397 and 414 of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for fairly long time, taking into consideration the fact that charge under Section 414 of the IPC has been framed against the applicant and the manner in which the offence is said to have been committed, I do not find any ground to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is rejected.
