This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that certain construction has been made on public road and grievance to that effect has been raised to various authorities including Nayab Tahsildar, but no action has been taken. 3.

It is directed that the respondent No.4-Nayab Tahsildar, Bilaigarh shall examine the complaint of the petitioner and find out as to whether any encroachment has been made on public road and take appropriate steps in accordance with law, however, after

issuing proper notice and opportunity of hearing to the persons, against whom allegations are being levelled.
