1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 112/2017 registered at Police Station Pathariya, Out Post Saket, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the prosecutrix is examined before the Court below.

3. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
