The present is an application under Section 438 of CrPC seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the Applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.187/2017, registered at Police Station- OutpostAmbagarh Chowki, District- Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 489(A), (B), (C), (D) & (E) of IPC. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present anticipatory bail application on the ground that the police has submitted the charge-sheet showing the Applicant as an Absconder and therefore he does not want to press the present application. 3.

The application for grant of anticipatory bail stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
