Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for grant of extension of further 90 days of maternity leave is pending consideration before respondent No. 3 - Chief Medical And Health Officer, District Health Officer, Janjgir Champa since 03.02.2018 that may be directed to be considered and dispose of expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed. 4.
Be that as it may, the respondents No. 3 and 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for grant of extension of further 90 days of maternity leave strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
