This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.34/2013, registered at Police Station Kansabel, District Jashpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 371, 374, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
The present applicants along with three other co-accused persons namely Vijay Kumar, Manchandra Minj and Ishwar Ram were prosecuted for the aforesaid offences. Vijay Kumar, Manchandra Minj and Ishwar Ram were convicted by the Additional Session Judge (F.T.C.), Jashpur by judgment dated 14/02/2014. The applicants shall remain absconded from 09/01/2010 and they have arrested on 03/01/2015. The applicants neither cooperated in the investigation nor in the trial, as such, this Court is not inclined to release
the applicants on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible.
