Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in batch of writ petitions decided on 04.09.2017 leading case of which was Writ Petition (T) No. 96 of 2017, therefore this petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and disposed of in the similar terms as has been passed in Writ Petition (T) No. 96 of 2017. Let a copy of the order passed in Writ Petition (T) No. 96 of 2017 be made part of this writ petition.
