1. Petitioner is widow of late J.N. Panday, who was working as Technical Assistant in the Kharsiya branch of Chhattisgarh State Ware Housing Corporation. He died in harness on 30-8-2010, however, the dues available in the account of petitioner's husband has not been settled and paid to the petitioner or the legal heirs, as the case may be.
2. Considering the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 is pending consideration before the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers fresh representation before respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the same within a further period of two months. If the petitioner is found to be entitled to the amount, the same shall also be released within the aforesaid period.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
