All these petitions are being heard together and decided by this common order, as common facts and issue is involved. 2.

In these petitions the order/letter dated 24.01.2019 is under challenge whereby the petitioners were dropped from panel. Subsequently, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by the change of Government a new policy has been issued and the communication have been made by the Government wherein direction has been given to withdraw the letter dated 24.01.2019, which was under challenge.

The new communication has been placed for perusal. In view of this, since the direction has already been issued by the Government to withdraw the letter under challenge dated 24.01.2019, no further adjudication in this case is required as the letter further speaks of revival of the empanelment, which was existing on 15.04.2015.
