2. The Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board, Vidyut Bhavan, Daganiya, Raipur.

3. Agrawal Order On Board 18/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner association would submit that though the revision of pension has been made by respondent-Board by orders dated 19.11.2007 (Annexure P/1) & 06.08.2008 (Annexure P/2) for employees who retired prior to 01.12.2000, but no arrears has been granted up to 31.03.2006 and for subsequent period also for which the petitioner association has already made detailed representation before respondent No.3, but the same has not been considered and

decided till this date, against which this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner association for a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation expeditiously.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner association will be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. (3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner association strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
