1. Earlier bail application was rejected. This is repeat application for grant of bail mainly on the ground that the witnesses of seizure have not supported and turned hostile.
2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that another seizure witnesses are yet to be examined.
3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and nature of allegation, present is not a fit case for grant of bail to the applicants. Therefore, the application for grant of bail is rejected. The applicants would be at liberty to revive in case trial is not concluded within next four months or after examination of the other seizure witnesses whichever is earlier.
