Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for diversion of his land on 11.08.2015, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitoiner's application for diversion of his land filed on 11.08.2015 expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
