The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.330/2017 registered at Police Station Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that most of the material witnesses have already been examined on behalf of the prosecution and that the trial itself has reached the fag end, this Court is not inclined to entertain the bail application at this juncture and rejects the bail application considering the quantity of contraband seized from the possession of the present applicants.

However it is directed that the trial Court should make all endeavors for concluding the trial at the earliest.
