2. Collector, Balodabazar Bhatapara, District Balodabazar Bhatapara Chhattisgarh ---Respondents _______________________________________________________________ For petitioner - Ms. Deepali Pandey, Advocate. For State-Shri Soumya Rai, PL.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 19/02/2020 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the transfer order dated 13/08/2019 the petitioner was transferred from Tahsil Kasdol, District Balodabazar-Bhatapara to District Bilaspur though she has joined at the place of transfer at Bilaspur, however she is not getting the salary for the reason that official letter of relieving has not been issued which resulted in non-payment of the salary for transmission of the last pay slip and the service book. It is contended that therefore respondent No.2, Collector be directed to sent the service record last pay slip alongwith the relieving order to the place of transfer where the petitioner has joined at Bilaspur.

2.

Considering the fact, respondent No.2, Collector is directed to sent the service record last pay slip alongwith the relieving order to the place of transfer where the petitioner has joined at Bilaspur. Same exercise may be carried out within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
