Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had moved an application dated 21.12.2015 before respondent No.2 for change of time of inter State permanent stage carriage permit, the application has remained pending without any decision. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 21.12.2015 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
