Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had moved an application dated 05.08.2015 before respondent No.2 for renewal of permit No.9/STA/CG/11 on the route of Jashpur to Ranchi via Lodam, Gumla and back one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision till today. 3.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 05.08.2015 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
